Delete your account
You can delete your BaziArt account directly in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app. This cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Profile.
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen.
- Read the subscription warning (below) and confirm.
The account and its data are removed immediately. You will not be able to sign back in with the same email — only register again with an empty profile.
Without the app
Write to support@baziart.com from the email address your account is registered with, subject “Delete account”. We delete it within 3 business days and reply when it is done.
If you used the app as a guest, without an email, the account can only be deleted from the app on the same device: we have no other way to confirm the request comes from you.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove part of your data:
- A single chart. In the chart list, swipe the chart's card to the left and confirm “Delete chart?”. The chart is removed immediately, together with the AI readings, chat history and rectification events attached to it. This cannot be undone.
- A single life event used for rectification. On the rectification screen, tap the bin icon next to the event.
- Anything else — write to support@baziart.com from the email address your account is registered with and say what to delete. We reply within 3 business days.
What is deleted
- your profile and email;
- all birth charts — yours and those you created for other people;
- AI readings, chat history, consent history;
- life events entered for refining the birth time;
- notification settings and the device's push token;
- master profile and bookings, if you offered or booked consultations;
- subscription and purchase records in our database;
- sign-in tokens.
What remains, and why
- Reports about generated text, if you sent any. The copy of the text, the reason and your comment are kept, but the link to your account is cleared. Otherwise deleting an account would be enough to erase the evidence of an unacceptable model reply. Details in the privacy policy, section 5.
- Purchase records held by the app store and the payment provider. Those are managed by the store, not by us.
Deleting does not cancel a subscription
Your subscription lives in the app store, and deleting the account does not stop it — charges continue. Cancel it separately, before or after deleting:
