Terms of Use
Effective from: 9 September 2026 · Version: 1.0
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the BaziArt app (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Dmitry Bogomolov (“we”, “the Provider”).
2. What the App is
The App is an entertainment-and-education self-discovery service based on East Asian philosophy (BaZi, Qi Men Dun Jia). The readings you receive (including AI-generated ones) are not:
- medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation;
- financial, investment, or legal advice;
- a guarantee of any future events.
Consult qualified professionals (doctors, financial advisors) for matters requiring professional expertise. The full disclaimer text is shown under every completed AI analysis in the App.
3. Your account
- You may use the App as a guest (anonymously, without registering) or register with an email and password. Sign-in via Google or Apple may be offered in some versions of the App.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, access to the device your guest account is tied to) confidential and for activity under your account.
- Data you enter about third parties (charts for other people, see the Privacy Policy, section 2.2) — by entering it you confirm you are entitled to.
- We may suspend or terminate account access for violating these terms (section 7).
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase (for example, the PDF passport, a compatibility report or the full rectification). Pricing and terms for a specific plan or purchase are shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew for the next period unless cancelled before the current one ends — renewal is managed entirely by the store you subscribed through (App Store, Google Play, RuStore, or Telegram Stars).
- If a free trial is offered, its terms (length, what happens when it ends) are shown before it starts.
- You can only cancel a subscription through the settings of the store you subscribed through — we cannot do this for you on our end.
- Refunds are handled per the refund policy of the relevant store (App Store, Google Play, etc.), not directly by us.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — see the Privacy Policy, section 5.
4b. Purchases on the website
- The website sells a one-time digital product — the "Your 2027" report. The price, what it includes and the access period are shown before payment.
- Payment is taken by the payment provider named on the payment page, acting as the seller or payment agent; until a provider is connected, we email the payment details to the address given with the order, and the report opens once the payment is confirmed. The report link is shown when you order and repeated by email; it is personal: whoever knows it can read the report.
- The report counts as delivered when the link is opened; refunds follow the provider's rules (for payments made by the emailed details — by writing to support) and the consumer-protection laws of your country — write to the support email.
- The report is for reflection and planning and does not replace medical, legal or financial advice (section 8). It does not unlock paid features of the App unless the same product is also sold through the store's in-app purchases.
4a. Consultations with masters
The App may show a catalogue of independent practitioners (“masters”) and let you send a request for a consultation.
- Masters are independent providers, not our employees. What they tell you is their own opinion, and section 2 applies to it in full: it is not medical, financial or legal advice.
- A request is not a booking or a payment. The master confirms or declines the time; the price and duration are shown before you send the request, and payment is arranged separately, as the App tells you at that point. Where a purchase goes through the App Store or Google Play, that store's refund policy applies.
- You can cancel a request in the App before the consultation takes place.
- We charge masters a commission; it is already included in the price shown to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App to make hiring, termination, or personnel-fitness decisions about third parties based on their data;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or anti-automation protections;
- use the App for unlawful activity or in violation of third parties' rights;
- attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce the system prompts or internal logic of the AI analysis.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, reading-methodology texts, and source code belong to the Provider or are used under license. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may use AI analysis results generated for you for personal purposes; commercial use requires our consent.
7. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to the App for a material violation of these terms, with a warning where practicable. You may delete your account at any time through the App — see section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of readings obtained through the App, and we are not liable for decisions made based on them. Our liability to you for any claim related to your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months, where applicable law permits such a limit.
This limitation does not apply where applicable law (including consumer protection law of your country of residence) does not permit it.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at the location of the Provider's registration in Montenegro. For EEA users, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of habitual residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the App evolves. For material changes, we will notify you through the App before they take effect; continued use of the App after notice means you accept the new terms.
